Questions I’m often asked
What happens on the discovery call?
We’ll chat for 15 minutes about your business, what’s taking up your time and the kind of support you’re after. There’s no obligation, and you’ll come away with a clear idea of how I could help.
Do I need to sign up for a monthly package?
No. You can book flexible support at £40 an hour with no monthly commitment, or choose a package from £150 a month for guaranteed time and a lower hourly rate.
How does onboarding work?
New long-term clients start on an introductory rate of £30 an hour for the first one to three months. That gives me time to map out your real workload and streamline how things are done before we agree a monthly plan.
What if I need something you don’t do?
I have a trusted list of contacts for jobs outside my remit, so I can point you to the right person.
Do you work with businesses outside Southampton and Portsmouth?
